Our Home Equity Loans and Second Mortgages are offered through three products giving you options to fit your financial needs.

Option 1: The Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) allows you to “Borrow Below Prime for the life of the Loan” and make interest only payments. You can access your line of credit by using a Platinum Visa card that offers limits as low as $10,000 up to $250,000.

Option 2: The Home Equity 2nd Mortgage product is offered at a fixed rate with no closing costs, no points or application fees.

Option 3: The Home Equity Simplified offers loans up to $25,000 with no third party fees and no appraisal or title work. Loans are available with Fixed or Variable Interest Rates and for longer repayment terms.
