Branch Lobbies Are Now Open
- Members entering will be required to remove their mask for identification purposes only
- Once identification is confirmed, we respectfully request that you reapply your mask
- Lobbies may have limited traffic to allow for social distancing
Keeping our members' and employees' health in mind, we are committed to adopting new procedures to help slow and/or prevent the spread of COVID-19, therefore, some or all of the following precautions will be in place at each branch:
- Plexiglass shields have been installed at service windows
- Daily cleaning of the lobby will be conducted
- A limited number of members will be allowed in at a time
- Children and friends will not be allowed in
- Observe social distancing when entering and exiting the branch or when waiting either inside or outside the branch
- Common areas (restrooms and coffee station) will be currently unavailable
- The use of a facemask is mandatory
- When wearing a mask, you will be asked to lower it briefly to verify your identity
- A valid photo ID must be presented before entering
