- Returns must be dropped-off at one of our two drop-off locations:
- Calumet City: 1600 Huntington Drive, Calumet City, IL 60409
- Chicago Heights: 1030 Chicago Road, Chicago Heights, IL 60411
Income Tax preparation fees are as follows:
- Basic Form 1040 starting at $75.00
- Basic State Form: $50.00
- Senior Citizens: Basic Tax Returns will be prepared at a low cost of $10.00
Items Needed:
- Copy of valid Driver's License or State ID
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- All Forms: W-2 (wages); Forms 1099 and 1098 (interest, dividends, etc.)
- New clients must provide copies of previous year tax returns
