Online Banking and Mobile Application Updates

Our New Online Banking System and Mobile Application(s) are Now Available!

Illiana Financial’s new Online Banking system is Now Available. In preparation for this upgrade, here is some helpful information that may apply to you based on the way that you use Online Banking today.

The updated service will offer many new benefits and features including better cash flow control and the ability to accept electronic bills. Best of all, the new bill pay features a new payment model where your account will reflect a withdrawal on the same day the biller receives the funds for your payment!

You will continue to access our Online Banking System through The majority of your payees will also be converted to the new system.  In rare instances, a payee may not convert. To add a payee, simply go to the ‘Add a Bill’ tab and follow the instructions.

Any single transfer that you have set up will be carried over during the conversion. However, recurring transfers you have set up such as, transfers from checking to savings and transfers to/from external accounts, will have to be re-established.

The first time you log into Online Banking on or after May 1st, you will be asked to accept Terms and Conditions. Please review the Terms and Conditions carefully as they have been updated.

History of your payments will not be converted to the updated system.  We ask that you please go to your current payment history listing and print off any history you think you may need before May 1st. Our Internet Banking Department will also be able to access your history.

You are a valued member to Illiana Financial Credit Union.  We thank you for your patience during this transition and we are confident you will be pleased with our new and enhanced bill payment service.

How to log-in to the new system:

You will be able to log-in to the new system, using the same User ID you use now. However, your password will require to be changed.

  • the first time you log-in to the new system, you will use the last 6 digits of your SSN as your temporary password
  • you will then be prompt to create a new password
  • enhanced security (challenge) questions will also have to be created  

Mobile Application for Apple and Android

The new  Mobile Application for Apple and Android will be released on Wednesday, May 1st. 

User must delete the old application from their device(s) and search the store for the newest version of the application, Illiana FCU.

Your log-in credentials are the same as Online Banking.
